Food. You can learn a lot about a particular culture by observing what people eat. Elko is no exception! Many of our neighbors wake up early, every week, to hop on a bus or start-up their vehicles to head out to a work site. What’s a common/popular food many of the sojourners find themselves eating? Breakfast burritos! This week, the AAT Guys are going around town to pick up six breakfast burritos from local spots. They’ll take their bounty back to their studio space for a little breakfast burrito taste test, and maybe even a friendly eating competition… What do the boys’ taste buds have to say throughout this video? You’ll have to watch to find out!
